Job Description:

As a Production Manager at Meadow Maker, you will oversee the manufacturing operations in the cannabinoid and nootropics industry. Your role will be integral in ensuring efficient production, adherence to quality standards, and effective communication between management and the production team. Strong communication skills, quick email response time, financial problem-solving abilities, conducting time studies to produce accurate time/cost projections, and proficiency in writing SOPs are essential for this role. Spanish language skills are critical for effective communication with our diverse team.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee manufacturing operations, ensuring smooth production processes for various products such as capsules, gummies, prerolls, and tinctures.
• Supervise and lead the production team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including management, to ensure effective communication and alignment of production goals.
• Develop and maintain SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for manufacturing processes and quality control.
• Monitor production output, promptly addressing any issues that may arise to maintain productivity and quality standards.
• Manage inventory levels, materials procurement, and stock reconciliation.
• Optimize production efficiency by identifying and implementing process enhancements.
• Think critically and solve problems with a financial perspective to improve productivity and cost-effectiveness.
• Maintain strong communication channels, including quick email responses and effective team interaction.
• Utilize Spanish language skills to facilitate effective communication within the diverse team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Manufacturing, Operations Management) or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in production management within a white label manufacturing environment, preferably in the cannabinoid or nootropics industry.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control standards, and writing SOPs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to respond promptly to emails.
• Financial problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
• Fluency in Spanish for effective communication with the team.
