Pay: $16 - $16.30

Essential Job Functions:

• 
  Locates material to be shipped as directed by Sales
• Loads trucks in a timely manner by use of forklift and remote-controlled crane
• Interacts daily with outside truck drivers and dispatchers
• Verifies that proper materials are loaded
• Ensures proper material condition, package and identification (repairs any broken bands/skids, replaces any loose, missing packaging paper)
• Ensures loading style is as specified by customer
• Generates required shipping papers for all loads
• Maintains a safe and organized finished goods inventory

Assists with packaging and transfer of finished product into shipping and storage
Unloads material as required and documents receipt
Unloads defective returned materials and receives according to procedures
Adheres to all company safety and quality standards
Maintains a clean and safe work area
Performs other duties as directed
Physical Requirements
+Ability to climb on and off truck trailer beds
+Able to walk and stand for extended periods of time
+Ability to lift 50#
+Subject to temperatures up to 105 F with humidity comparable to outside environment
+Subject to normal industrial hazards and hazards form sharp edges of sheet metal
+Subject to air/skin exposure to oil

Minimum Requirements:

Literate in the English language
Ability to perform basic math tasks using calculator
Ability to use ENMARK System
Ability to use overhead crane and fork lift
Ability to use Ready to Ship and customer releases
Understanding of ID tag information
Ability to use tape measure
Understanding of standard and metric system

Equipment Used: Remote overhead crane and associated attachments and computer, tape measure, micrometer, caliper, hardness tester, banding equipment.

PPE Required: Safety shoes, gloves, glasses and Hi-vis Shirt
