Requisition Summary
This position is responsible for all phases of launching TRP programs into the market. You will work closely with PACCAR global supplier quality and purchasing teams through the supplier selection and sourcing process. Collaborates with Product Marketing on identification of market requirements, management of specific product offerings, continuous improvement of the supplier selection process, determining distribution and pricing strategies and the overall program launch process. This position assists in improving existing TRP programs by working with current suppliers on scorecard improvements, reducing warranty claims, and optimizing cost savings. This role will also participate in several training events to increase knowledge of TRP Program to internal and external customers.
Job Functions / Responsibilities
Develop and manage existing program opportunities, including product validation, packaging, labeling, and logistics.- Analyze potential aftermarket programs by completing product definition, warranty analyses, and other program development documents.
- Coordinate and collaborate with other departments throughout PACCAR to achieve program objectives.
- Review and analyze competitive market data & competitor trends.
- Collaborate with Best Source Country suppliers to resolve performance issues and achieve program objectives.
- Track program launch progress and drive projects to completion.
- Review Supplier Scorecards and develop improvement plans for underperforming suppliers
- Demonstrates a critical understanding of business processes and challenges to recommend and develop solutions to meet unique business needs and achieve objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Three or more years’ experience in a commercial role such as Project/Program Management, Buying/Purchasing, Marketing or Sales.
- Product knowledge and experience in aftermarket sales and distribution preferred.
- Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results, self-starter and self-directed
- Experience with business analysis and expertise in Excel
- Proven negotiating skills, influencing abilities and vendor management experience
- Experience driving internal cross-team collaboration
- Up to 15% travel required

Salary Range:
At PACCAR, we value talent and promote growth and development. We carefully consider numerous compensation factors including your education, training, or experience. The salary range for this position is $93,000.00 - $145,500.00 annually. Additionally, this role is eligible for the full range of benefit options listed above.
