We're looking for a Product Manager to join our team in Amsterdam. To be successful in this role you should be passionate about managing the portfolio of our products & their strategy, primarily focused for our Automotive customers. You will be building & managing crucial relationships - from GMT level to key customers and local sales management.

As a Product Manager you will be part of the Product Management team that is responsible for the product strategy within our AC charging product lines, bringing new products and solutions to the Automotive market with multidisciplinary teams of internal and external parties.

Your main responsibilities will include, but aren't limited to:

Product related activities

• Support the product strategy for of AC charging stations and make EVBox the solution leader for the Automotive segment
• Translating market- and customer requirements on features and functionality to hardware (housing/electronics, embedded software, platform and services-related) requirements.
• Defining added value of new product features and functionality for customer propositions with Marketing and Sales.

Customers & market insights

• Gather, analyze and report on product-related BI data to improve relevance and sales of current products and future product development
• You will perform benchmarks / competitive analysis for the Automotive market to drive the right business decisions
• You will be managing AC charging product portfolio for our Automotive OEM customers and provide best-in-class customer relationship management

What you'll bring to the team

Technical Skills/ Hard Skills

• MSc degree in Engineering: electrical, mechanical or similar
• 5+ years of relevant working experience in a similar position
• Excellent understanding of the European market, business culture, and way of working
• Knowledge or (preferably) experience of high-volume manufactured products
• You have a valid drivers' license for the Netherlands

• Capacity to work independently, detail oriented, and execution focused
• Proven record of prioritizing effectively and capacity to handle shifting priorities
• Excellent customer orientation and proven track record

If you have any of these, even better

• Experience in the EV or Automotive industry
• Being fluent in German or French is a plus
