Role Overview

We are seeking a Product Designer to join our growing team of adventurers in the heart of Amsterdam. We are looking for someone passionate about their work, creative and critical in their thinking process, capable of applying product design methodologies and leading projects from the concept phase to delivery. Our future Product Player, as a key member of the team, must be able to engage in defining a clear vision for each project and to transform it into buildable experiences and services.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate effectively to define conceptual directions and product visions.

Define and apply product design principles and methodologies, scope project and engage in a teamwork to deliver well crafted designs

Drive product design efforts and effectively communicate design rationale both verbally and visually to hybrid teams and clients

Craft outstanding, meaningful and fun customer experiences across a variety of digital platforms: web, iOs, Android, AR, VR and IoT

Prototype and iterate based on business needs, analytics insights, test results and user interviews

Establish and manage client relationships and support business development efforts when needed

About you

3-5 years experience in digital product design

Prior experience working with digital product teams and a proven track record for designing outstanding, and delightful products across a variety of digital platforms

You are a doer who loves crafting towards simplicity and user-centricity, paying attention to the little details that make a big difference

Passionate about your work and have a deep understanding and vision for where digital design is heading

Experience with design systems and highly skilled in various design & prototyping software (Figma, Adobe, Sketch, Framer X)

You are a strategic creative thinker and problem solver with ability to inspire clients and team members with creative, usable and well-thought-out solutions
