Product Architect

Product Architect own digital products from conception, through launch and retirement. Product Architect bridge the technical and business worlds as digital products are designed that enable key business objectives through collaboration with business strategy, data science and product delivery teams. The Product Architect develops the vision for the digital product, the digital product strategy and the roadmap to execute upon the strategy.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The primary responsibilities of this role, Product Architect, are to

• Leads continuous discovery activities to evolve the digital product strategy to meet changing business needs or to leverage new technologies that will enhance the digital product and deliver better business outcomes;
• Identifies and partners closely with software engineers, data engineers, designers and other members of the digital product team to direct the development of the digital product;
• Owns all digital product roadmap decisions and priority of items on the digital product backlog leveraging a deep understanding of the business and technical dependencies;
• Responsible for the content and quality of the digital product releases, collaborating with Product Teams to establish a launch plan to ensure usage and adoption;
• Ensures appropriate documentation is created to launch and support the digital product;
• Monitors user feedback and metrics to drive better user experience and business value.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree;
• Experience in working with HR data interfaces. Ability to design, assist in development and deployment. Ability to debug code to identify issues to resolutions is a plus;
• Experience in HR HCM configuration for Compensation, Benefits, and Interfaces;
• Experience in analyzing & resolving complex HR interface processing issues in collaboration with the HR operations & Managed Service Providers;
• Experience in working with external Managed Service Providers to plan/design/document/quality check/execute HR deliverables: enhancements & projects;
• Experience in managing HR tickets & demands;
• Communication, problem solving, and decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience as a Techno-Consultant, Configuration specialist, Software developer, product Architect, product specialist, business analyst or similar role in SAP HCM HR (Compensation/Benefits);
• 5+ years of experience in IT related roles.
• 3+ years of experience working with HR related topics in roles
