Title: Powder Coating Technician

We are seeking a Powder Coating Technician to join our team. As a Powder Coating Technician, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces and applying powder coatings to various products. You will work with a range of materials, including metals, plastics, and ceramics, to produce high-quality, durable finishes.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for powder coating, including cleaning and pre-treating
• Apply powder coating using a spray gun or other application equipment
• Monitor the coating process to ensure even coverage and proper curing
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the coating process
• Maintain equipment and perform regular maintenance tasks
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure production goals are met

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in powder coating
• Strong knowledge of powder coating equipment and materials
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality finishes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production goals
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
