The successful candidate will demonstrate an ability to work with powder coating equipment such as powder guns, hoppers, hoses, and hook-ups. This position requires setting and up and performing all powder coating operations with necessary skills to produce quality finished parts in a timely fashion.

Qualifications

· HS Diploma or GED

· Basic math skills

· Ability to read tape measure to the 1/32”

· Detail orientated.

· Willingness to work as a team member and display a positive attitude.

· Capable of repetitive lifting to 50lbs

Education /Experience

· 1+ years manufacturing experience

· 1+ years’ experience with powder coating equipment

· Ability to read blueprints.

· Technical school

· Mechanically inclined

Offers contingent upon successful completion of background check, drug screen and physical.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a manufacturing, warehouse, production, factory, or distribution environment.
