Job Description 

Ground Up Motors is currently seeking Warehouse Picker Packers to assist in day-to-day operations. As a Warehouse Picker Packer with Ground Up Motors, you will be part of an exceptional team committed to caring for our customers, handling daily tasks, and helping us grow our business.

Warehouse Picker Packers will play an essential role in the fulfillment operations of our business. They will ensure our customer’s orders are picked, packed, and shipped on time and accurately. This fast-paced role takes place in various areas of our warehouse, where you'll be picking and storing automotive parts, packing, and shipping orders. You'll work closely with your managers and team leads to optimize warehouse processes and enhance order fulfillment rates.

Candidate Requirements:

• Prior Warehouse Work experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and stairs
• Ability to stand on feet all-day
• Basic Computer Knowledge
• Reliability, responsibility, and a good pair of work shoes

Some of your duties may include:

• Down stock and put away inventory
• Pick automotive parts by location
• Get customer orders ready and pack them up
• Load boxes into trucks for shipment
• Use scanners to read bar codes on products
• Maintain inventory control by reporting all inventory shortages issues to the Shipping Manager
• Troubleshoot problems
• Ensure product meets quality standards
• Utilize material handling equipment, safely and efficiently, to receive or transport product to storage and staging locations
• Maintains quality service by following organization standards
• Maintains a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet areas, and workstations neat; maintaining clean shipping supply area; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
• Other duties as directed by the Warehouse Management Team
• We focus on excellent customer service and take pride in helping our customers restore classic American muscle

Work Schedule:

Monday to Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm

Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Saturday: 8:00am-1:00pm ( As needed )
