Paske Pest Control & Wildlife Solutions is looking for an experienced full-time Pest Control Technician and Wildlife Technician for immediate hire. This is NOT a seasonal position. We provide pest control and wildlife services all 12 months of the year.

We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated, customer oriented individual who enjoys working independently and loves being outdoors. Daily work will include the servicing of residential and commercial accounts. We will train the right individual who is looking for a career opportunity with excellent growth potential!

Your work will include:

• Inspecting and treating for pests, pest harborage, and pest entries
• Building and maintaining customer relationships
• Maintaining high service standards at all accounts
• Taking personal initiative and responsibility for correcting pest problems
• Suggesting and selling services to meet customer needs
• Participation in group meetings and account reviews
• Completion of independent and group on-going training
• Being an interactive member in team work environment
• Ability and willingness to work flexible hours
• May require participating in a rotating on-call schedule for off-hours and weekends

Required Skills:

• Be clean cut and friendly
• Be able to pass background checks, ongoing drug screening, and have a clean driving record
• Have excellent sales skills
• Be able to demonstrate ability to place and climb 32’ ladders and walk on various pitched roofs
• Have strong communication and time management skills
• Be customer service focused
• Be able to lift and move ladders, as well as get into small spaces, such as attics or crawl spaces
• Be able to use apps and cameras on smartphones and tablets
• Have problem solving skills
• Be able to work some Saturdays on a rotating basis

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED certificate
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have a valid drivers licenses
• Wildlife and/or Pest Control: Minimum 1 year (Preferred)

Benefits:

• We offer excellent pay. Technician pay starting at $18.00/hr + plus commission. Pay is negotiable based on experience.
