What You'd Do
- Coordinate and manage new team member onboarding to include facilitation of company onboarding, uniform/supply issuance, coordination of required site trainings, and follow-up to ensure team members are properly welcomed to the facility.
- Maintain records, report on, and coordinate site required training, as necessary.
- Own HRIS maintenance including employee updates, pay rate changes, necessary forms and documentations.
- Maintains team member records in electronic and paper form, suggests and participates in the creation of efficiencies in record keeping processes.
- Owns the site employee engagement process, including the engagement calendar.
- Act as the site subject matter expert and process facilitator for all workplace injuries.
- Is the subject matter expert on team member benefit offerings and open enrollment process.
- Helps Maintain the site security and access management systems including issuing and revoking team member access.
- Protects the organization's values and employee information with the highest level of confidentiality.
- As directed, completes special projects by clarifying project objectives, setting timetables and schedules, conducting research, developing, and organizing information, fulfilling transactions.
- Ensures continual compliance with local/state/federal guidelines by continual research to ensure department policies and guidelines are relevant and adhered to.
- Own the relevant local unemployment claim dispute process
- As needed, provide general administrative support to Leadership.
What You'd Bring to the Bowl
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
- Excellent technology skills including, Microsoft Excel/Outlook/Teams
- Experience utilizing ADP WorkforceNow, preferred
- Keen ability to lead without power or position through effective communication, partnership, and tact
- 3 + years’ experience in a Human Resources/People Operations Coordinator or Generalist role with a varying range of responsibility and oversight
- Ability to partner in a positive way, creating strong professional relationships that can withstand normal business turmoil.
- Excellent project management skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree, preferred.
- Certification in Human Resource Management
