Job description

We're looking for a friendly and responsible person with strong administrative and communication skills who can independently and accurately process payroll. This person will be responsible for data entry, calculating statutory deductions, creating reports for online payroll systems and communicating effectively with the accounting team.

Responsibilities:

  • Calcultate, enter and process payroll, personnel, and related records
  • Maintain personnel records and employee benefits programs
  • Calculate pension reports
  • Help answer phone calls and assist customers
  • Open mail, post payments, and make adjustments on customer's accounts
  • Back-up Accounts Payable
  • Other office duties as needed
