About This Role:
This position is the first point of contact to the public, both in person and by telephone. The incumbent maintains all web and social media platforms, provides programmatic support to faculty and assists other support staff in the day-to-day duties of managing the office. The incumbent assists faculty in the development and distribution of educational materials in electronic media formats.

What You'll Need to Succeed: Minimum Qualifications:
One year of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications:
High School Diploma
Proficient in verbal and written communication
Works well in a team culture
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Publisher, Power Point), Microsoft Teams, and Canva
Audio and video editing experience
Experience with creation and editing of pdf files

Other Requirements:
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States at the time of employment
Valid driver's license
