National Industrial & Safety Supply
NIS Supply is looking for an office assistant that is experienced in Quickbooks, Microsoft Office (Excel/Word), and has good customer service and communication skills.
The job hours are from 7:30am - 2:30pm Mon- Fri
We are a nationwide industrial supply company that sells safety and industrial supplies to large businesses and Government agencies. Our main office in Olympia is where we process all of our orders and do payroll for our branches.
We are in need of an office assistant that can help our team with basic data entry, confirming information on purchase orders, processing logistics information, and assisting in Accounts Receivables.
Reliability and being willing to learn our process is very important but we are also looking for a person that will fit in well and add value to our team.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
