Als Klantenservice medewerker, ben je het belangrijkste aanspreekpunt voor klanten via inkomende oproepen, uitgaande oproepen of via internet, afhankelijk van de vereisten van de klant. Je behandelt vragen en klachten op een professionele manier met de hoogste graad van klantenservice. Je werkt nauw samen met een groot social media platform dat miljoenen gebruikers heeft en wereldwijd bekend en erkend is. Wat wij vragen?
C1 tot Native niveau van de Nederlandse taal en B2 van de Engelse taal.
Je bent 40 uur per week beschikbaar.
Beschikbaarheid om in Nederland te werken en per direct te beginnen

As a customer service representative, you are the main point of contact for customers via inbound calls, outbound calls or over the internet, depending on the customer's requirements. You handle questions and complaints in a professional manner with the highest degree of customer service. You work closely with a large social media platform that has millions of users and is known and recognized worldwide. Availability to work in the Netherlands and start immediately
