Joining Us:

As the Move-In Coordinator at The Willow, your responsibilities include, Internal Sales and Marketing, Customer Service, and Inquiry Management. Must have an overall understanding of the operations of the Assisted Living Community including regulatory compliance. Must demonstrate a passion for working with seniors and lead by example as an influential team member

Great job for those with a family, flexible hours, holidays and weekends free.

Sales and Marketing - Maintain strong relationships with current and potential referral sources. Assist with the develop a comprehensive quarterly marketing plan.

Census Development -Tracking and documentation of inquiries, tours, and effective follow-up. Must have the ability to advance the process to a successful close.

Customer Service -Ensure that all employees understand the importance of the marketing and sales process including tour training, telephone etiquette, and the commitment to our Mission Statement, Vision, and Core Values.

Preferred Qualifications:

College degree preferred but not required.

Previous sales and Marketing experience in senior living, 1-2 years required.

Problem solving skills.

Must be detailed oriented and have strong computer skills.

Ability to handle multiple priorities, be organized, and have excellent communication skills.

Adaptability and flexibility with hours worked and off hours.

Uphold and support the mission of Inspirit Senior Living, working everyday with integrity, compassion and love.
