The Oasis at Coral Reef is seeking experienced Medtechs/Caregivers to join our team caring for assisted living and memory care residents in our senior living community. Our community provides assisted living and memory care services to seniors, and we are looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals who are committed to providing high-quality care to our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with medication management to residents as prescribed by healthcare providers
• Monitor and record resident information in compliance with state requirements
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Follow care plans and communicate with healthcare providers regarding residents' conditions
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of residents' health status, medication management, and other necessary information
• Foster a positive and welcoming environment for residents, families, and staff
• Participate in training and continuing education programs as required
• Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure the safety and wellbeing of residents

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience as a Medtech or caregiver in a senior living community or healthcare setting
• Knowledge of medication management and documentation practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
