- Coordination of Rotators:
Coordinates rotations and clinics, and call/service medical students and outside rotators as assigned. Generates, maintains, and distributes monthly schedules. Coordinates conferences and continuing medical education programs and tracks cost. Responsible for creating the student lecture schedule, coordinating speakers, scheduling room reservations, and setup. Provides administrative support for faculty, residents, fellows, and program directors. Monitor completion of preceptor clinical evaluations. Coordinate with preceptors as needed to achieve timely completion of evaluations. Maintain and update policies related to student placement at rotation sites. Create schedules for learning/educational programs in advance of each academic rotation and disseminate. - Residency/Fellowship Administration:
Coordinate creation, input and tracking of residency evaluations in New Innovations residency management software. Assist in monitoring resident compliance with duty hours, rotations schedules, and conferences. Assist with coordination of resident events such as journal club, orientation and graduation. Process financial documents including check requests, interdepartmental billing forms, travel expense, and receipt reimbursements. Process travel authorizations for residents to comply with University of Arizona travel policies. Help as needed with various aspects of resident and fellow didactic sessions, including Continuing Medical Education requirements. Attends monthly GME Program Administrator meeting. Assist in compiling data to prepare annual reports. Provide assistance as needed to the Program Directors, Senior Program Manager, and Senior Program Coordinator. - Residency and Fellowship Recruitment and Onboarding:
Assist with recruiting of new applicants for the residency and fellowship programs. Ensure adherence and communication of policies set by the National Resident Matching Program (NRMP), the Electronic Resident Matching Service (ERAS), and the San Francisco Match (SF Match). Act as liaison between newly matched residents and the College of Medicine’s Graduate Medical Education Office and Banner Health to follow-up on progress of required onboarding requirements. Coordinate orientation schedules within and outside of department for all incoming residents.

- Proficient with MS office (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint), and online collaboration tools (e.g., Google Docs, Box, Teams).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent advanced learning attained through experience required.
- One (1) year of relevant work experience required.
