This position can be based in our Harlingen, TX location or in a remote TX location with ability to travel to Harlingen. In this role, you will provide technical support of AGI (TESCOM Anderson Greenwood Instrumentation) products to external customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders.

AS A MEASURMENT INSTRUMENTATION SPECIALIST YOU WILL:

• Consult customers on applying our product to answer their inquiries to meet their customer specification requirements
• Develop expertise in the application, configuration and design of AGI product line
• Provide guidance and solutions to internal and external customers including distribution
• Manage the quotation process from solution suggestion, through quotation, and order entry
• Resolve customer concerns of after sale AGI product function and warranty
• Review and advise on improvements to customer facing sales and technical documentation

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience in the field instrumentation hydrocarbon industry
• Experience in a customer support related position or customer facing position

PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Working knowledge of SAP software
• Experience in field engineering or technical service
