Ceramic Industrial Coatings, a leading regional manufacturer of paints and coatings in Osseo Minnesota, is growing and is looking for Production Operators and Material Handlers in our state of the art manufacturing facility. Job Duties include

• Working on the filling and assembly lines for packaging products
• Operating Filling equipment for paint and related products into various containers
• Packaging and Palletizing products for shipment
• Assembly of kits
• Cleaning and daily upkeep if packaging equipment
• Work with other team members to maximize productivity and efficiency
• Follow all safety rules and ISO requirements - Maintain a safe and organized work area.
• Be able to work overtime when needed
• Actively participate on improvement teams to improve safety, quality, and productivity

Knowledge and Skills

• High School Diploma preferred
• Experience of working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred
• Good work ethic and proven ability to perform in a team
• Proven ability to follow instructions and learn new tasks
• Trustworthy and dependable
• Ability to perform light to moderate physical activity on a daily basis

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
