Job description

In this new cross functional position, you will be cooperating in close contact with various members of the marketing team to support them on their day-to-day jobs, but you will also be in charge of your own projects. This position is an excellent way for starters to gain experience on the broad field of Marketing as it covers all areas; product management, marketing communications, (internal) PR and events.

Mission and main objectives:
The MOO coordinates the development of Retail Communication Campaigns and ensures appropriate retail assets on-time availability
The MOO supports on event management tasks
The MOO coordinates the internal communication activities
The MOO delivers support to the Product Management team

Key tasks:
Retail Communication

Coordinates the development of retail assets (print, digital, eDM, DM, catalogues, POS materials incl. video content) in such a way that assets are delivered on-time and up-to-date
Keeps Nissan Retail Tool (NRT) up-to-date in close collaboration with local agency
Manages dealer co-op budget on a quarterly basis
Stock management of marketing assets at warehouse

Product Management

Support the product management team in developing and localising key assets (catalogues, pricelist, technical datasheets, dealer network bulletins + website content).

PR & Internal Communications

Coordinate the Nissan Internal Communications program for employees.
When needed, deliver support to the PR Manager on various tasks.

Events

Support PR & Communications manager at organizing local events for customers, press, employees, dealers in close collaboration with event agencies.

Good communication skills

Flexible & Pragmatic hands-on attitude
Able to work under pressure with short deadlines
Sufficient knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Powerpoint, Word, Excel)

Experience/knowledge:
Min. Education: a relevant bachelor’s degree (eg. International Business, Communications, Marketing).
Any Automotive Industry experience is considered as a plus
Fluent, both written & verbally, in English and Dutch is mandatory
