MARKETING OPERATIONS LEAD

Monitors the creation and completion of marketing activities. Facilitates approval processes of marketing materials, coordinates information flow among and between the marketing team and vendors, oversees vendor deliverable timetables, invoicing and payment. Works with marketing leadership to explain budget and timing variances. Oversees the monitoring and reporting of data analytics to track key performance indicators.

Education
Bachelors Degree : in relevant field (Required)

Experience
5 Years experience in project management, preferably with digital and traditional marketing programs (Required)
General experience and high level of familiarity with digital project management tools, preferably Wrike (Required)
Previous experience with both firm-level and freelance vendor management (Preferred)
Previous experience in Health care environment (Preferred)
Previous experience in management or supervisory role (Preferred) Responsibilties:
  • Under the supervision on the Tactical Marketing Manager, develops and implements paid social advertising campaigns for key service lines
  • Supports the Women’s Hospital and community health social media presence, in collaboration with other digital marketing staff, including growing followers for Facebook pages, coordinating with marketing team to develop and share relevant content, and monitoring comments and engagement
  • Creates engaging emails for physicians and consumers using tools such as Salesforce Digital Marketing Cloud
  • Under the supervision of the Tactical Marketing Manager, coordinates the implementation of integrated digital marketing programs
  • Under the supervision of the Tactical Marketing Manager, tracks and evaluates digital marketing programs to measure and continually improve marketing ROI performance
  • Contributes to the development of marketing plans along with digital tactical marketing staff, service line and entity marketing leadership by recommending effective tactical digital marketing tactics
  • Actively participates in the identification, implementation and evaluation of new digital marketing tactics
  • Under the supervision of the Tactical Marketing Manager, oversees assists with the CRM and marketing automation system
  • Coordinates with digital media agencies, tactical & digital marketing staff, service line and entity marketing leadership to develop media plans, traffic and track advertising
