Sympa is the fastest growing HR Solution in the Nordics and is expanding further across Europe. Our solution is used in 1000+ organizations in over 100 countries. As our growth speed is set to continue rapidly, we are now expanding our team in Utrecht even further and are we looking for a Marketing Manager to take over Sympa’s marketing efforts in the Netherlands. You will have a great operations team supporting you locally in the Netherlands, as well as an international marketing team based in Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Germany and the UK.

We are looking for an analytically minded and creative colleague who’s ready to lead the development of our marketing operations in the Netherlands. Your focus will be supporting Sympa’s growth by constantly improving lead generation activities and by growing our local presence and market awareness in the Benelux market.

The following skills are also needed to succeed as a Marketing Manager at Sympa:

• 5+ years of marketing experience, B2B & SaaS experience are seen as benefits
• A commercially minded, analytical mindset that can form hypotheses, conduct controlled marketing experiments, and build actionable growth marketing strategies.
• Curiosity to learn and constantly explore the best ways to implement and develop marketing capabilities. Ability to use data to understand and drive marketing effectiveness.
• A creative thinker with skills in writing content for different types of purposes.
• Experience in marketing automation or inbound sales & marketing are considered an advantage
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and sales tech. Experience with HubSpot, Adobe tools, SEO/SEM, ecommerce, and social media are seen as advantages.
• Experience and eagerness to work closely with sales teams to plan and execute campaigns and targeted content
• Strong project management and people skills, and excellent English and Dutch communication skills. A true team player who can work collaboratively across functions and teams.
