We are currently recruiting for a Marketing Manager to sit within the Netherlands Marketing & PR team, based in our Amsterdam office. You will be reporting into the Head of Brand Benelux, working closely with the Marketing & PR team Belgium and the Marketing & PR team Europe.
The role of the Marketing Manager Netherlands is to build a long-term strategic vision for the UNIQLO brand in the Netherlands while executing in-season campaigns with excellence in a fast-paced and quickly transforming omni-channel retail environment.
This role is a unique opportunity to support the business and growth of the brand within the market through collaborations with key business partners and cross-functional teams, to lead the implementation of marketing strategies to drive strong results.
Key Responsibilities

Contribute to the development and execution of the strategic seasonal marketing plans according to the European guidelines while constantly keeping the long-term vision for the brand in mind. This includes media buying, influencer marketing, events, sponsorships, and partnerships for the Dutch market but also working closely with the European teams on the owned channels strategy.

Come up with strong ideas to drive the awareness and understanding of the LifeWear philosophy in the Netherlands.

Set up local partnerships that support our branding, local relevance and traffic to store.

Work cross-functionally with other departments such as our European marketing and PR team, the digital marketing team, store operations and instore marketing to make sure all campaign efforts are aligned.

Write and present campaign briefs outlining clear KPIs across channels to internal stakeholders, agencies and other partners.

Measure ongoing campaign performance and effectiveness against set marketing KPIs and make reports, using these learnings in upcoming activities.
Candidate’s Profile
Experience
-
5+ years of demonstrated success in marketing, advertising and/or product management roles
-
Proven ability to develop, communicate and execute strategic marketing plans
Skills
-
Has excellent verbal and written communication in English and Dutch

Possesses advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, GSuite with the ability and willingness to learn the corporate technologies in place

Demonstrates a strong understanding of the customer mindset and a passion for fashion, trends and retail.

Is able to think broadly and strategically but also focus on details and execution.

Has excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize workload and deliver to tight deadlines across multiple projects simultaneously.
