The Marketing Associate will join our international team of experienced marketing professionals. We’re looking for someone who truly gets B2B social media and enjoys finding new tactics to engage with the target audience; someone who understands the power marketing automation, lead generation, branding and how does social media intertwine with everything.

He/she needs to be creative and mindful of the logic behind brand guidelines and consistency. A go-getter, a motivated individual who is eager to learn, educate, challenge and develop his/her skills by working on truly exciting marketing & lead generation campaigns across the different products of Euronext Corporate Services in all geographies.
His/her key responsibilities will include:
Social media
  • Create and maintain social media launch plans for product and other company initiatives
  • Manage the daily content calendars for all platforms
  • Coordinate with internal & external stakeholders for asset localisation, visual asset production and key messaging
  • Research trends, validate audience preferences and suggest content ideas
  • Build a community through participation in online conversations to establish thought leadership
  • Analyse competitive landscape & brand performance
  • Benchmark and measure social media engagement and community building
  • Drive employer branding initiatives in collaboration with the recruitment team

Event coordination
  • Assist with planning event details (from logistics to reporting)
  • Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and partners
  • Budget monitoring
  • Event campaign management (internal & external)
  • Address potential problems that may arise
Paid media & marketing partnerships
  • Research and suggest local & international relevant media to target for paid partnerships or to secure quality backlinks for improving SEO
  • Identify trends in data to utilise in future campaigns
  • Explore opportunities to increase our brand footprint in key target markets (sponsorships, collaborations, joint ventures, etc.)
  • Communicate efforts and successes across the organisation
The ideal candidate
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with the following skills to help us further accelerate the growth of Euronext Corporate Services:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, social sciences or a related field. Master’s degree preferred

  • Minimum 3 years proven experience in managing B2B / SaaS social media accounts in finance, or professional services and/or on the agency side

  • Good interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment (multi-tasking and project management with the ability to prioritize)

  • Strong copywriting/editing skills are essential

  • Previous experience with CRM and marketing automation systems will be expected

  • Previous experience with social media management software (publishing, social listening, customer service & content creation such as: Hootsuite, Brandwatch, Monday.com, etc.) is desirable

  • Fluency in English is mandatory. Knowledge of Dutch, French, German, Italian or Swedish will be considered a big plus
