We are seeking an experienced Market Data Analyst to join the small commercial market data team in our Utrecht office - partnering with the existing staff to deliver industry leading administrative and analytical services across multiple areas of the Cooperative.

You And Your Job

Provide the world’s leading food and agricultural bank with the data that it requires to move markets. You will also be taking an active role in implementing exciting new global projects alongside traditional market data. As an analyst you will be able to use your experience to search out for cost effective alternative data suppliers whilst working in a small and effective global team.

You and your talent

You will be required to work autonomously and part of a team on strategic projects, data visualization, advanced data analytics and contract negotiation. If you enjoy data analysis and solving complex problems, and finding commercial solutions this is the right role for you.

Role includes:

• Close governance of Market Data admin processes
• Point of contact for invoices queries
• Tracking of service additional cost/cancellation cost
• Validation of exchange declaration
• Inventory Management
• Run monthly check (Reconciliation of Human Resources and vendor reports)
• Negotiation and Maintenance of Contracts (cancellation, renewal …)
• Maintain service catalogue and pricing
• Maintain close relationships with end-users to have a good understanding of requirements
• Close follow up of day to day requests to ensure quick response time to users’ requests
• Develop close relationships with vendors

• Maintenance of the MDM market data inventory
• Strong English language skills
• Intermediate ms excel, word and outlook
• Market Data Invoice management
• Develop strong working relationships with business managers and vendors
• Ensure service delivery aligns to business expectations
• Contribute to process improvement and standardization initiatives
• Create and maintain process documentation
• Contribute to both global and local strategic projects

This is what we offer you

• Up to € 5,437 gross per month (scale 9)
