Become a Manager of Caregiver Support and Operations with Tribute Home Care and play an important role in setting a new standard in elder care.
Make a difference - Find meaning - Lead - Collaborate - Grow
Have a voice - Laugh - Love your team
Tribute is a growing private home care company that offers people who need assistance in the home what they want above all else: consistently great caregivers and great service. We do this by hiring only those caregivers who can build real connections with their clients and by offering them the community of support and recognition they deserve.
Tribute is looking for a customer-service focused, smart, hard-working leader to join our Baltimore team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, supporting and celebrating a community of caregivers, unsurpassed in Baltimore for warmth, professionalism and reliability. You will cultivate strong relationships with our caregivers starting from the hiring process and extending throughout their time with Tribute. This will be done by establishing consistent communication with caregivers, providing compassionate day-to-day management, evaluating and celebrating successes, and supporting an unparalleled employment experience for Tribute caregivers.
The role will involve travel to our Baltimore office 1-2 times a week to attend team meetings and to facilitate Caregiver orientation. Additionally, it will involve travel to meet and visit with caregivers in the community. When not attending in-person meetings or visiting caregivers, you will have the flexibility to work from home.
This position does not require prior experience in home care. This role would be a great fit if you are experienced in education, human resources, hospitality, retail or restaurant management and are looking to do meaningful, mission-driven work, and to grow professionally.
The ideal candidate will bring the following:
- Unwavering, passionate commitment to the caregiver experience and service excellence
- Warmth and compassion
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college
- At least one year of previous management or leadership experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Collaborative approach
Proof of COVID-19 vaccination or exemption based on medical or religious reasons is required.
And here's what you can expect from Tribute:
- Strong, mission-driven culture
- Fun, collaborative work environment with colleagues you'll love
- Competitive salary (starting at $60,000 a year)
- Regular business hours (Monday - Friday 8:30AM-5:00PM)
- Unlimited paid time off
- Opportunities for growth
- A hybrid remote position, with the flexibility to work from home
- Health, dental and vision insurance with generous employer contribution
- 401(k) retirement plan
**A thoughtful, well-edited cover letter is required with your application. Applications without cover letters will not be considered.
Tribute currently has operations in Boston, Baltimore, Chicago, Northern Virginia, North Boston, Metro West Boston, Annapolis and Bethesda.
We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity on all of our teams. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status. Our company is a true meritocracy, and we invite you to come as you are.
