Overview:
HYBRID opportunity for individual based either in the NYC, NY or St. Pete - Tampa, FL market.

The Global Total Rewards team is responsible for the design, implementation and execution of Foot Locker’s global compensation, benefits and performance management programs. The mission is to design and deliver market-competitive total rewards programs that support Foot Locker’s Talent Strategy. We are currently seeking a Manager, Executive Compensation which reports to the VP, Global Total Rewards. This role will assist in the oversight the design, development, execution and administration of the Company’s executive and equity compensation programs across the globe.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluates competitive practices, recommends action or programs based on findings.
  • Perform benchmark analyses to ensure that salary and incentive packages are competitive. Inclusive of conducting proxy analysis from public filings as well as participating in compensation surveys. Prepare materials for the Human Capital and Compensation Committee and Board of Directors meetings. This includes schedules, pay summaries, peer practice, modeling, etc.
  • Contribute to the design and delivery of the executive incentive plans.
  • Prepare long term incentive report and payout calculation.
  • Managing the Equity Administrator on the long-term incentive plan grants and vestings.
  • Collaborate with Accounting, Legal and Finance departments to administer existing executive compensation programs, including annual statements, calculation of long-term and short-term incentive programs, delivery of proxy data, stock plan administration, etc.
  • Recommend compensation related improvements aligned to our compensation strategies to drive engagement and retention.
  • Draft communications to ensure executives understand the value and workings of their executive compensation offerings.
  • Provide day-to-day direction for Stock Administrator.
  • Oversees new stock award delivery, tracking and vesting, including administration of on-line award acceptance, in close collaboration with the stock plan service provider.
  • Prepares and manages Long-Term Incentive communications. Ensures that employee communications provide clear messaging and explanations that support value of equity programs.
  • Leverages technology for continuous improvement in the communication and administration of equity programs.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) designation highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years progressive experience designing and implementing compensation programs.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Prior experience in Executive compensation, finance, accounting and/or stock plan administration within a global company.
  • Strong project management skills; ability to manage multiple projects at the same time, with an eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Strong customer service orientation skills.
  • Effective cross functional partnerships with HRBPs, Finance and Legal.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Ability to operate in and maintain complete confidentiality, particularly with sensitive, internal information.

Benefits:
The annual base salary range is $90000 - $130000 /yr. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive short term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
