About us

We are a property management company operating in Chicago and north suburbs. Currently we manage approximately 100 units and looking to expand.

The maintenance technician will be responsible for maintaining the condition of all residential units the company manages. This includes responding to maintenance calls and performing the necessary repairs. In addition, being present for CHA inspections and making the necessary repairs. Prepping apartments for new tenants. And providing excellent service to our tenants in order to increase tenant retention.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair maintenance items
• Maintain properties: change filters, cut grass, clear debris
• Install/replace appliances
• Be present for all CHA inspections
• Repair or replace faulty items as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $26.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Chicago, IL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
