Augusta Lawn Care Services of Cornelius needs an experienced Lawn Care Specialist to work with a team and perform a wide range of duties related to landscaping and mowing. Lawn Care Specialists will work in a variety of locations outdoors and may be subject to physical demands that include lifting and transporting equipment, manual labor, and exposure to heat, cold, humidity, rain, snow and dirt. Applicants must be able to follow instructions while also thinking creatively and working without supervision. Augusta Lawn Care's mission is to raise the level of professionalism in the Landscape industry. Base pay starts at $18/hr with opportunity for P4P bonuses. At Augusta, we believe you should be rewarded for working efficiently, so we use the P4P program which stands for Pay For Performance. If an employee works with high efficiency while maintaining quality standards, they will make beyond $18/hr. Employees who qualify will recieve a $500 signing bonus after 90 days of employment. We also offer a monthly attendance bonus of $100 for employees who qualify.

• Maintaining lawns for city recreation areas.
• Maintaining lawns for privately owned apartment complexes and commercial establishments.
• Maintaining lawns for homeowners associations.
• Maintaining lawns for several private residences at a time.
• Complying with town ordinances and state laws.
• Complying with company rules and regulations.
• Complying with industry standards.
• Adhering to industry best practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
