Junior Barista (15 to 18 years old only)

As Junior Barista you will learn what it is like to be a Barista and who knows, maybe you will become one soon too!

With your positive 'can do' attitude, you will speak to every customer with a big smile. You know exactly how to connect with our customers, and you discover their needs and wishes. You also consistently deliver quality drinks according to Starbucks recipe and presentation standards.

What you do as Junior Barista

• Work as a host to the store by greeting customers.
• Work at the Point of Sale by connecting with the customer and taking their order.
• Assist in stock taking and storage.
• Keep the café clean and safe.
