To put it simple, we are the middle person between the clients and the operator. Our Sales Consultants manage the full travel/sales cycle so all our clients have to do is fly! Our clients consists of sports teams, music tours, destination weddings, company sponsored events and and many more!
As an IT Support Engineer, you will be providing high quality service to our staff and making a special effort to ensure requests are handled as quickly as possible!
ACS New York is seeking an IT Support Engineer who 3 years of proven experience and skills.

A DAY IN THE LIFE
- Provide telephone and email support for users.
- Telephone and printer support for users running Windows, MS Office, Market Data and other business applications.
- Ensure all problems are accurately logged within the Helpdesk system, resolved promptly and efficiently, or escalated where appropriate.
- Ownership of all hardware stock control for all US offices to ensure availability. Generating quotes, seeking approval, and raising purchase orders.
- IT Lead in US moves, expansions, and new offices.
- Supplier Management – Ensuring contractual obligations are met, reviewed, and renewed when necessary.
- Preparation of IT equipment and services for new joiners.
- Document new and update existing IT procedures.
- Assist with projects of all sizes including technology infrastructure and software projects.
- Overall management and responsibility for the efficient handling of support jobs.
- The ability to conduct and participate in client meetings / system demonstrations.
- Remote support for clients regardless of location
- Software installation, desktop imagining, software inventory and monitoring.
