THE OPPORTUNITY

Responsible for supporting desktop systems and corporate applications at Chipotle's corporate locations and remote users. Focuses on providing high quality and effective customer service in the support and installation of Windows/Mac laptops and related peripherals. Provides assistance and collaboration with various other IT teams.
The position requires strong customer service skills and a deep commitment to corporate-user satisfaction. Ability to multitask with a strong work ethic is expected.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

In addition to following Chipotle's policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

• Provide end user customer support for workstations and general office support for IT related equipment including Windows and Mac computers, printers, etc.
• Order and allocate hardware for IT and software licenses
• Maintaining and troubleshooting desktop applications: virus protection, workstation backups, MSOffice, etc.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE

• Be obtaining a degree in a related field
• A+ certification preferred
• PC and Mac OS experience preferred
• Advanced Windows troubleshooting, Excellent problem-solving skills

PAY TRANSPARENCY

Pay range is $25 - $30 per hour, depending on skill level, experience, and/ or education. Compensation offered is also subject to local wage and hour laws.
