Overview:
Working closely with Upstream marketing team (International marketing specialists in the US and International Product Marketing Manager at BITCo), Marcom and Trade Marketing teams, he/she helps ensure a smooth delivery of the Critical Path deliverables when it comes to key product assets, like product spec sheets and other product supporting documentation.
He/she will help the Product team to strengthen the presentation materials for all major customer meetings by providing competitive benchmarking and relevant market data.
This is a hands-on role with a focus on operational work. It provides lots of opportunities to learn about product development and product management, so can be an ideal step for a young enthusiastic professional who sees his/her career in the field of product marketing.

SPECIALIZED TRAINING OR SKILLS REQUIRED
The International Product Marketing Specialist will take on the mission of supporting the commercialization process, working with Intl’ Product Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams. He/she will support launch readiness from the product prospective.

- Build understanding of the regional product portfolios, including technical specifications, market conditions, and competitive benchmarking.
- Own & share product knowledge & documentation. Ensure product specification sheets and other documentation are up to date and available for Commercial team at MS Teams.
- Create & maintain product comparison tables within categories.
- Monitor and report on the performance of new launches, results of related sales & marketing efforts
- Track and monitor market conditions, including competitive pricing movements and assortment portfolio
- Collaborate on a daily basis with Sales, International Product Management, Marketing, and Supply Chain to deliver on product related initiatives:
- Support Marcom & Trade Mktg teams with product related information & assets (specs, UG, carton, images, product documentation etc.) by uploading them to BISSELL asset management tool BOX.com.
- BOX cleanup & maintenance – ensure product related documents for already launched products are uploaded and well structured.
- Support the Product team with sell-in presentations providing competitive benchmarking and other relevant data
- Assist Product Trainer with developing training modules for new launches by providing technical and marketing information.
- Help drive Attachment Rate – ensure the relevant accessories have the supporting information (like specs, imagery) on time and product information is available to Sales.
- Support the Product Team with preparations to the key events like IFA and Distributor Conference cooperating with internal and external parties.
- Report to International Product Marketing Manager and support her with on-going projects and ad-hoc requests (for example, arranging product samples or coordinating translations proofreading, etc.)
REQUIRED

SPECIALIZED TRAINING OR SKILLS REQUIRED
- Proficient PC / MS Office skills, including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
- Experience in GFK or similar tools
- Good written and spoken English.

REQUIRED
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Economic/Statistics, Marketing, Market Research or equivalent.
