RTLAdConnect, part of the newly created RTL AdAlliance, is the international total video sales house of RTL Group. We provide simplified access to all of RTL Group’s total video portfolio as well as from external mandates like ITV in the UK or RAI in Italy across a sum of 12 markets, over 100 TV channels and 300 online platforms. Our job is to deliver exclusive advertising solutions in safe premium digital and broadcast media environments to millions of potential customers across Europe – every day.

Your challenge:

• General Office Management.

• Organisation and completion of sales support activities (mailings).

• Keeping the CRM up-to-date (input, update of the database, reports).

• Supporting the Sales Director and Sales team and international office coordinators.

• 
  Helping the sales managers with lead generation and acquisition activities, scheduling appointments.

• Trade fair preparation and follow-up, client events, sales meetings.

• Preparation of travel arrangements and meetings with clients and agencies as well as internal sales.

• Preparation of presentations and proposals in coordination with the Sales team.

• Client service and support.

• Campaign Management: booking & follow-up.
  

Your profile:

• Work experience in a commercial and/or mediaplanning environment, preferably a mininum of 2 years professional experience in marketing, media, advertising.

• Interest in TV and advertising, affinity for new media.

- Working in an international environment with international travel 5 - 10 times annually.

• Fluent in English (mandatory), additional languages a plus.

• Independent and goal-oriented approach.

• Very good knowledge of MS Office especially PowerPoint/Excel.

• Team spirit and distinctive personality

• Preferably living in the Amsterdam, Haarlem, Hilversum, Utrecht area.

• Hybrid working (2 to 3 days in the office)
