We are a growing insurance agency and are looking to add to our sales team. No prior sales experience is required.

Bilingual (Spanish and English) is a big plus.

We are looking for someone who can work in a fast paced environment, advice customers and help clients make good coverage decisions.

We offer great training and a great support system. Pay is base + commission.

What your day would look like:

Sitting at your desk with dual monitors, you will be inputting data to generate insurance quotes, then calling the prospect to go over the quote, help them customize the coverage and show them the value you are offering. You can then help them start the new policy with you and close the deal! You will have to call prospects who have not spoken with us ever or prospects that it's been a while since we have quoted them. We also have prospects calling us or walking into the office looking for quotes. We have daily zoom meetings to help each other grow our skills and practice every day.

How we train:

We follow industry leading training processes and have access to multiple sales coaching platforms like: Craig Wiggins Coaching, Role Play at Olson Agency, Jordan Belfort training.

We work every day at getting at least 1% better than what we were yesterday.

About us:

Our agency is 9 years old. It started from zero and is now a large Allstate Insurance agency. We are a team of 12, most work from the office but some work remote from other parts of FL or other states. We like to have fun and do team building events almost every quarter. Anything we can't insure with Allstate, we can insure it with other carriers we represent.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
