As an Inside Sales Representative you can expect:

· Monday – Friday work week

· 8-hour shifts

· Standard work hours

· No nights or weekends required

· Excellent work/life balance

· Work stays at work!

What you will do:

· Interact with potential clients via phone and email (NO COLD CALLING)

· Handle inbound and outbound calls from new and existing customers

· Provide an outstanding customer service experience

· Address potential customer questions

· Understand the fundamentals of our services

· Procure and maintain positive client relations

· Work with other departments and management regarding potential sales
