As the HR Director, you will be responsible for providing the planning, implementing, and management of all human resources related functions within the organization. The right candidate will be a proven leader, with an empathetic style, and still able to address targeted strategic initiatives put together by the board. You should be an expert in compliance, skilled with talent sourcing/retention strategies, and be able to oversee a small team of HR professionals. Reporting to the CEO of the company, you will take a hands-on approach to all levels of employees within the organization. You should be excited to join a team that is financially secure, has big obtainable goals, and already in process of repositioning themselves to be a true partner within the community.

Primary responsibilities of the HR Director:

• Manage the recruitment and on-boarding processes for the organization.
• Administer, implement, process HR policies and procedures for the company.
• Maintain the HRIS system and employee database.

Basic requirements of the HR Director:

• Goal oriented, self-starting, and hungry for growth.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels of the organization.
• Experience in leading small teams.
• Experience in setting up new teams, preferred
• Bachelors degree, preferred.
• SHRM certification, preferred.
