HR Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all aspects of the employee lifecycle
• Onboarding of school employees
• Prepare data for HR personnel Audits
• Provide benefits consultation
• Provide employee support
• Create and meet reporting deadlines
• Ensure compliance with Employee Handbook policies
• Maintain employee files and HRIS data

HR Coordinator Requirements:

• Preference for Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or similar, not required
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Superior interpersonal skills
• Enjoy problem-solving
• Strong people skills
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulation
• Embrace HR technology & HR Database Knowledge
• HR and customer service experience is a plus.
