Federal Human Capital (HC) Centralized Processing Unit (CPU) Lead
Are you experienced and interested in Human Resources Operations? As an experienced HR Professional, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage a team focused on delivering high-volume, high impact HR services to our largest Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Federal HC clients for outsourced HR operations. The Human Capital As-a-Service (HCaaS) Core HR team delivers outsourced HR Operations for government and public services to drive continuous process improvement and innovation, along with exceptional service delivery for all HR functional areas (e.g., personnel, payroll, and benefits. Our blend of technology and deep-rooted subject matter expertise in Federal HR disrupts conventional HR business practices by shifting reactive operations into efficient processes-helping improve the quality of services and quality of experience for our customers.

Work you'll do/Responsibilities
- Lead a small to medium team of HR staff responsible for processing high-volume transactions across Personnel, Payroll, and Benefits workstreams
- Cross-train team in all transaction types to increase capacity and capabilities
- Manage day-to-day inventory for HR transactions, load balancing inventory to ensure peak performance
- Oversee customer engagement at all levels
- Coordinate directly with the clients for day-to-day operations
- Escalate any issues or concerns to Program Senior Leadership
- Research and perform root cause analysis for actions across Personnel, Payroll, and Benefits workstreams
- Plan, direct, organize and perform business process improvement functions to align with industry Human Capital best practices
- Leverage existing Operational Playbooks and toolkits to drive successful operations
- Support audits (as needed) for Internal Controls and Audit practices
- Maintain operational compliance in accordance with standard operating procedures, local, state, and federal regulations

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
- 6+ years overall experience (HR, Operations, Management)
- 2-3 years of HR Experience
- Experience leading small to medium size teams
- Travel up to 10% annually
- Must be willing to live and work in the Mechanicsburg, PA area or willing to relocate.
