The Advisor I, Sales position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet for the purpose of selling basic products and services. This position is responsible for processing customer orders and sales, providing/receiving information, selling client products/service, as well as providing basic customer service support.

Your job

• You work with predicted options generated by the system in order to propose advertising solutions to the client
• You contact clients who are expecting your call to offer them platform’s advertising solutions
• You will be a product expert for advertisements, providing information and assisting your clients in decision making regarding update of their online advertising campaigns
• You are a trusted relationship manager who brings the wishes of your client into experience and are involved in their successful implementation
• You identify trends and unwanted developments at an early stage and apply your ideas to propose a powerful advertising campaign for your clients

Your Skills

• Fluent in Hebrew language, both speaking and writing skills
• Good command of the English Language (B2 level)
• Prior sales experience with proven performance is a big plus
• You are familiar with social media
• You have a strong sales-oriented attitude, entrepreneurial thinking and empathy skills
• Social Media Advert Product knowledge or at least affinity with Digital Advertising is a plus but not a requirement.
