Holistic Marketing Measurement Manager:


OVERVIEW

If you are interested in Measurement, Data, & Analytics and are interested in further developing your Marketing Analytics skillset in a dynamic category, then this opportunity is for you. As a Holistic Measurement Manager at Blue Buffalo, you will play a critical role in measuring and optimizing the sales impact of our media campaigns across platforms along with measurement of testing & learning plans. You will work closely with our Connected Commerce and Media teams to deliver a holistic understanding of communication performance at the partner, audience, and creative level while also working with our media and analytics partners to optimize future media plans delivering strategic recommendations which deliver return on investment for the business across subcategories.


This role offers the opportunity to work on the growing Pet Segment across all Blue Buffalo sublines. As a measurement subject matter expert, you’ll play a strategic role in designing a measurement program that enables our brands to drive sales and household penetration growth to deliver against our North Star goals.


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Lead the development & application of marketing measurement plans across media platforms, including but not limited to national, retailer, and across digital/social channels
  • Manage all aspects of the measurement process; ensure data accuracy, review model output, build compelling presentations and deliver results to brand teams
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional and external partners to maximize effectiveness of consumer communication activities
  • Work in collaboration with enterprise Performance Marketing teams to bring real-time optimization insights at audience and partner level
  • Lead modelling approach and framework for multi-touch attribution across campaigns
  • Oversee marketing mix & digital deep dive insights to drive business decisions and forecast volume impact of alternate spending scenarios
  • Consult with brand & media teams on how to optimize consumer media plans
  • Own end-to-end creative development testing, optimization, and measurement insights to drive creative strategy with leadership
  • Partner with business analytics to provide consistent and actionable performance analysis, reporting, and insights that feeds back into the strategy
  • Manage vendor partner relationships to achieve key deliverable timelines, managing scope and budget
  • Oversee competitive media analysis and share of voice across subcategories

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Market Research, Data Analytics, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics/Measurement, with experience working at or in close partnership with a media agency setting
  • In depth understanding of digital media measurement methods and capabilities
  • Strong analytic and communication skills with ability to translate data to insights and tell a compelling story
  • Excellent collaboration and organizational navigation skills, attention to detail on data and agility to work on multiple projects across multiple stakeholders.
  • Proactive problem solver, works well independently
  • Ability to communicate, collaborate and build relationships
  • Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Consumer Behavior, or related field.
  • 5+ years’ experience in Marketing Analytics
  • Knowledge of consumer media planning and execution
