Job introduction
This is a major leadership position within Continental Europe Operations supporting Netherlands, Benelux and Scandanavia to inspire, lead, motivate and organize a team of field-based Client Managers (our Auditor's) and Associate Resources to provide BSI assessment services across Netherlands, Benelux and Scandinavia. The role is responsible for ensuring we have the right resources delivering services and supporting all clients achieving high levels of client satisfaction, professional integrity and the financial results from these services.
The role is also responsible for the strategy to develop our operational model working with stakeholders working collaboratively across all other functions at country, regional and global level.

As Head of Operations Netherlands, Benelux & Scandinavia (m/f/x), you are the ideal candidate if you have experience:
- Working with different groups to develop and execute resource plans, recruiting for growth in a business and respond to changing needs and markets
- Recruiting and managing the on-boarding of new auditors s working with HR and the development manager. Creating a positive culture, working in collaboration with all the support functions and creating cross-functional teamwork to achieve objectives in line with all BSI values and behaviors.
- Proactively managing team and workloads to meet targets and required levels of excellence.
- Monitoring team performance through KPI and Quality monitoring both remotely and onsite.
- Reviewing training needs, coaching, and developing in order to drive performance, up-skilling the team, maintaining skills, and conducting development and performance reviews,
- Managing supplier performance evaluation of our Associate resources.
- Manage, forecast, and deliver days in accordance with the budget and outlooks and set priorities for the delivery and planning teams.
