We are looking for a strong leader who can work independently and with passion in a global sales environment in the B2B area.
Your tasks:
- Based on the sales strategy you develop with the management team, you and your team realise the sales targets
- Developing existing and establishing new key accounts and distributors
- You visit trade fairs, co-operate with local partners and Central Product Development, and thus analyse and evaluate market information and realise new market potentials
- Primary responsibility and disciplinary leader of the sales team in the countries
- You are responsible for the cost centres, prepare the budget independently and are responsible for the preparation of and compliance with forecasts
Your qualifications:
- The successful candidate has a degree in economics, agricultural science, veterinary medicine, microbiology, chemistry or similar suitable field
- Several years of successful sales and management experience in the agricultural business, preferably in the field of animal nutrition, feed additives, manufacturers of compound and mineral feeds, integrators or related industry
- You are a passionate about sales, are capable of and interested in operating worldwide. For this, you display a high level of intercultural competence, negotiation skills and flexibility
- You are an excellent communicator, equally confident in English and German
- Your outstanding motivational skills enable your team to perform at its best
- You work in a structured manner, oriented towards key figures and with an affinity for digital processes
