You lead the branding, design, web dev, video and brand content team and make an impact by bringing a cutting-edge brand and unique storytelling to the market. 5CA is operating on a global scale and has a strong community with digital natives and gamers to serve our clients. These Fans of Brands are crucial in our brand imagine and storytelling.

The job

You work closely with our lead gen, sales and performance marketing team and various other stakeholders in the business. Your team mainly consists of a Creative Studio which is serving multiple stakeholders within the 5CA Group. You report directly to our CEO.

As an ideal candidate, you are now building on the necessary knowledge and experience that you can transfer. In addition, you are still eager to continue learning in a field that changes every day.

Responsibilities

• Provide inspiring leadership to your team and further expand the team and ensure that everyone can continue to develop their skills.
• Make a clear translation of market and customer data into strategic objectives and long-term plans. In addition, you ensure efficient processes to activate customers in the short term. You continuously keep your knowledge of client behavior in the global market up-to-date.
• Have a clear picture of where 5CA stands within the BPO industry. You ensure that our brand is always presented consistently, innovatively and qualitatively. This way you increase our brand awareness within both the BPO industry and in particular the gaming industry.
• Coach your team to run the marketing calendar in a data-driven and brand-ware way. You understand which data points and KPIs are relevant. At the same time, you see opportunities to experiment and innovate.
• Ensure that 360˚ campaigns connect seamless with the specific characteristics of different marketing channels. In addition, you ensure that we create the right content for test and experiments.
• Ensure that our campaigns are properly analyzed and take initiatives every day to improve processes. You ensure 5CA can continue to grow rapidly in the future.

Requirements

• You are on top of the latest societal and technological trends like inclusivity, diversity, Metaverse, citizen coding, gamification, AI and know how to translate and integrate them into your marcom practice.
• You have at least 8 years of work experience in a role as a marketing, consumer or strategy consultant, or in a managerial marketing role in an international company.
• You have completed a university degree in economics, business administration or marketing.
• You are able to position the 5CA brand in a compelling way bringing honour to its unique heritage rooted in gaming, technology and fanship. You dare to take unconventional paths in marketing in order to achieve this.
• You are a great storyteller hence able to bring the message of 5CA across in a powerful and original way as well as align all the internal stakeholders to the main story and key messaging.
• You are a great team player and people coach and are willing and able to bring a relatively young and diverse multi-cultural team to the next level.
• You are a high performer by design and you are never satisfied by common standards; always looking and operating beyond ordinary conventions and expectations. You thrive working together with other outperformers and you are driven by feedback.
• You write and speak English fluently.
