As a Graphic Designer you have an important creative role in our Brand team. You are a specialist in designing static and dynamic visuals for both online and offline use. You will work in a dedicated team within Crisp that is responsible for the production of all branded content, including campaigns, photography and copy. Based on our brand guidelines, you design assets that are consistent with our brand identity and you help our brand evolve by expanding our design system. You are not a solo artist; you bring your valuable experience to our team and embrace the opportunity to collaborate with other designers.

What you will be doing
- Translate briefings and ideas into designs.
- Create assets for a variety of online and offline touchpoints (booklets, flyers, posters, videos, ads, etc.).
- Design our private labelling’s packaging and expand its design system.
- Incidentally work on image editing after our photoshoots.
- Brainstorm for new ideas, layouts, and graphics.
- Maintain our Brandbook and design systems up to date.
- Keep the organisation of our assets clean and in the right formats.
- Provide guidance to our Junior Graphic Designer.
This is you
- Minimum of five years of experience in graphic design in an agency or in a scale-up-like environment.
- Impressive, inspiring portfolio.
- You have a sharp eye for composition, use of colours, typography and imagery.
- Creative and analytical, you have a proactive mindset.
- You know how to deliver files for production (online and offline).
- Good communicator, you dare to express your ideas and opinions.
- You are precise and organised. You know how to manage your time in order to meet deadlines.
- You have a proven knowledge of Figma and the following Adobe programs: InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
- You are currently residing in the Netherlands (or are easily able to relocate).
- You are able to work at our office in Amsterdam the majority of the time.
