I am looking for someone with strong leadership experience in the food and hospitality industry, preferably in a fast casual concept, that is looking to come in and be part of an amazing team at our new Westbury Plaza location. I am looking for someone who wants to move up within the company and is interested in a long term career at Cava. As a GMIT, you will be trained thoroughly and then expected to run great shifts, create food orders and help put away deliveries, manager waste at night, complete all Zenput ( quality control ) tasks 3 times a day, ensure food safety, help train and develop team members and other managers, make weekly schedules, hire new employees and help maintain all Cava standards at all times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
