We are seeking a general accountant at our Pittsburgh office.

What you will do:

• Prepare business privilege taxes and sales and use taxes.
• Assist in general clerical duties required to accomplish general accounting, accounts receivable, billing, payroll functions, bookkeeping, and accounts payable.
• Perform reconciliations.
• Prepare reports, forms and correspondence.

What you will need to be successful:

• Associates or College degree in business, accounting or related field is preferred, but not required.
• Computer skills required – Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), working knowledge of computerized accounting systems.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• The ability to work independently as well as a team player.
• Experience in the construction industry preferred but not required.
