Fundraising Assistant
LHH is recruiting for a not-for-profit that’s looking for a Fundraising Assistant. In this position, you will focus on building and maintaining relationships within the senior living community on-site.
This position is in Hackettstown, NJ.

Compensation & Benefits:
- $50-85k base depending on experience

This job in a nutshell:
- This is a front-line fundraising position where you will build relationships with residents, clients, members' families, and volunteers within the community
- You will be focused on developing strategies to increase donations form current supporters and managing all incoming donations
- In this position, you will be supporting the Executive Director with monthly, quarterly, and annual event planning
- Building relationships by meeting residents for coffee, lunch, dinner, or taking a walk around the community
What we are looking for:
- 1+ years of fundraising experience with a non-profit or in senior living
- Passion for working with seniors - warm, caring, supportive attitude
- Software: Donor Perfect (preferred, not required)
