Job description
Our hotel is currently seeking a Front Desk Agent for our busy downtown location. This position requires the ability to handle a high volume of daily tasks including taking reservations, checking guests in and out, answering phones, completing paperwork and any other duties as assigned by management. This position is ideal for a candidate with a friendly, outgoing personality and good interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Answer the telephone.
- Chase invoices and organize receipts.
- Handle customer questions and concerns.
- Prepare information for internal use.
- Check-in and check-out guests.
- Book events and facilities.
- Provide information on products and services to guests.
- Be prepared to perform all job functions in case of absence by co-workers.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
